Fix: Traced to a misconfigured OPcache interaction. Pool config rewritten, monitoring added.

Fix: Hardened SSH config, deployed geofencing, tuned Fail2Ban rules, rotated credentials.
Result: From 40k attempts/hour → zero successful logins. Attack neutralised in 2 hours. No breach since.
